Great management and maintenance - best apts this side of San Antonio
Have had the best experience with the management team - Jessica is great and always friendly! Houston with leasing is always courteous and helpful as well! Maintenance comes quickly and the layouts are great! Best apartments on the NE side of San Antonio by far, with the best schools nearby. Highly recommend

Not great at all - more like an expensive slum.
I really wanted to like living here. The property is lovely and the amenities are very nice. The maintenance crew is attentive and responds quickly. Unfortunately, this place is poorly built. The walls/ceilings/floors are ridiculously thin. You will hear absolutely everything. I had a family of four living above me and it constantly sounded like a bunch of elephants learning to riverdance. I could hear the children screaming and crying, the toilets flushing and every step sounded like a stomp. I... could hear the next-door neighbors alarm going off each morning, their conversations, and what they watch on TV. There was someone in the building who smoked pot all the time and it constantly got into my apartment, even with the windows closed. This place is very cheaply built for the amount of money they charge. When I moved out they had the nerve to charge me $75 to clean a microwave I barely used and $45 to repair wallpaper and there wasn't any wallpaper in the apartment.

The community here in Tacara Stone Oak is beautiful especially at night and you can see the pool lit up as well. You can definitely see a view of San Antonio at night that is breathtaking. The community is very clean and well put together. Out of all the apartment Ive lived in I would say this one is the best. I really do love the peace and quiet at night
