Hello. I moved here in Jan 2018. I love my home. Its very spacious and quiet living. The staff is wonderful. Claire is so nice and kind. I hope she never leaves our property. She is always willing to help with a smile on her face. This is a older property that has been very well taken care of by the staff. I would highly recommend this property. I love living here and its close to everything.

Living here for a while and every year there is ALWAYS an a.c issue along with other residents with the same problem. They just patch it up and move on not really FIXING the problem! Paying rent for broken a.c is NOT right and calling you cant even speak to an actual person it's an automated service I'm sorry then what's the point of having people in the office, and with an office that is beyond freezing when you walk in why isn't the same for us residents all the remolding done and money spent... while the residents suffer with just a make up fix the problem are NEVER taken care of 100% oh also the washers NEVER work!!!

Windrush isn't good place for anyone who look for a good place to live because the manager isn't taking serious about fixing broken or will take your complant serious either. For example, I have been living here for three years and A/C isn't good at keep it cool...it was hot as 85-90 inside apt even A/C is running ! Manager isn't doing anything about it.
Few times there is a leak from roof during strong storm, I inform the manager about it...they didn't do good job repair either. I have seen... many people move out of apt after one or two years of lease. Perhaps I beat them by living three years lol I'm moving out in a month...I won't come back ever again !

I have had a great experience in these apartments. The rooms are spacious the service is great! There has been quite a few changes in Management but customer service has not suffered in my experience. I've been here three years and just signed my fourth lease.
