The Landings at Brooks City-Base

It has not been a month since I moved in, and my rims and tires were stolen from my truck inside the property. I woke up to my truck being left on blocks. I talked to the property management and they are not willing to take any kind of responsibility. They did promise they would add surveillance and a security guard, but it has been in the process according to them. For what i'm paying monthly here I think its better to move to another more secured spot that actually cares about their tenants.

The bottom line is: The L. @ B.C.B was once an up-and-coming apartment community that stood as a pillar of the southside’s expansion and modernization, but has devolved into an expensive, painful, and often inconvenient fact of life. If you wish for basic living, in a moderately safe apartment complex, with a half-chance of great service from some of the staff, this is your place, price be damned. But if you’re looking for a deal on a safe, south-side located home… think twice before staying.
P... .S.: A huge deal of additional events occurred to me while there that are too lengthy to list, including management denying flooding my apartment, roach infestations from neighbors, and defending the building at gun-point. The gate is always broken and open widely, so security. The technician allowed their children drive service cart around the property!

We love living here at Bella Vista because the grounds are maintained beautifully the apartments have unique and sunlit floorplans, the office staff and the maintenance crews are very responsive to any requests. You want to live here!

I have lived at Bella Vista for 11 years. I have gone through numerous management and owner changes, and by far this is the best! They are responsive, friendly, and very accommodating...I really feel like this is my home!
