Great amenities. Everything is close by, such as restaurants and shopping plazas. Apartment complex is nice and quiet. The unit itself is very spacious. I will definitely refer this place to family and friends.

So far so good, the only drawback I’ve observed are malfunctioning exit gate and trash compactor. Customer service was great and they allowed us a short term lease for reasonable rate.

Love this place. Made me feel at home. Everyone who works there are very professional and polite. They always helped me out. Maintenance was always on point and professional.

Thirty oaks was very welcoming, great staff, staff did there best to help me with unexpected life events to still make sure I didn't lose my application fee etc witch was much appreciated.

Amenities are great as well at the weekly food trucks. I love my apartment. Only issue i have experienced is within my building. I’ve had packages stolen from my front door and there have been loud people above me.
Also I’ve had some issues with the front gates not opening with my app. I wish there was an easier way to get in.
