Right now we currently have a fill in Manager who lives on property. The management is the worse. The apartments are outdated with roaches. Coming out of the woodwork literally. There is no regular pest control it's by request only.

Properties Listed is a lie
Wouldn't pick up when I called back. Called me during work after leaving them a message specificcally when I was available. I let them know Apartments.com has a listing showing available and they said it's wrong. Other available dates are wrong too and when I asked them when they could update it they said they were busy. They list cheap apartments so you will apply and only have expensive apartments available so they can keep the fees they charge for application.

Unproffesional assistant mgr and property mgr
The apts are nice and the price is good for the area. However, the assistant property mgr Christy has no people skills, or customer service skills, but thankfully I don't have to interact with her or the property mgr much. I did hear from another resident how unprofessional the current Property mgr was by yelling at a renter telling them that they are going to be evicted. That is totally unprofessional behavior and should not be tolerated by upper mgmt. Have some decency and class and talk to... the tenant behind closed doors about personal matters. The only good thing about these apts are the maintenance people and Daniel in the front office. After being there over 3 years, I may decide to move out soon if the assistant mgr and property mgr aren't set straight. Oh yeah and their ridiculous rule about not having more than 3 plants on the stairs, give me a break, it makes the apts look nicer. Also the assistance mgr and property mgr go to lunch together and leave one person to man the office which is not good service.

Best place awesomely priced!
The location is awesome, close to almost everything but tucked away in a nice neighborhood. The staff and management is great, my neighbors were good, everything was/is great. Definitely worth a look.

Great overall
Maintenance men are and impeccable, my hat goes off to them. The office staff is good. I would definitely recommend family or friends to live here at Waters at Elm Creek.
