This is the second time living in these apartments. The property owners have been nothing but nice and respectful. And are always on top of things. The buildings may look old but it is nothing compare to the inside. They have done some good upgrades. The property is always clean. This is a very quiet and peaceful place to live.

When my lease renewal came up, it was an easy decision to sign for another year. The entire complex, including the grounds, trees, pool, gym, and laundry room, is well-maintained. Added bonus— the laundry prices are cheaper than any of the laundromats in the area. The office and maintenance have always been very prompt and professional regarding any concerns. The apartments themselves are a bit older which means the insulation is better (I have never heard my neighbors), and the architectural... design creates natural wind tunnels (as opposed to the giant block style of newer apartments where it gets stuffy). The unit upgrades are well done. The balconies are massive—certainly the largest I’ve had in any of the apartments I’ve previously rented. Surprising amount of storage as well. Large patio doors and windows allow for a lot of natural light. It’s a very quiet complex (in part due to the fact that there are no dogs allowed), which is a welcome change.
The area itself is very walkable. All necessary amenities (HEB, restaurants, department stores, mall) are located within minutes—either by walking or by car. There are also several schools in the area if you have kids. A big bonus is that Phil Hardberger Park is a five minute drive away.
All in all, it’s just a great place to be.

I love living here, the staff is nice management is excellent!!! The apartments are spacious and clean compare to another's I lived in. Overall this apartment complex deserves 10 stars.
