The minimum guest age is 18. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Starter toiletries and household supplies are provided for approximately the first seven days of the stay. Guests staying longer are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need. There is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Smoking in any part of the property will incur a $1,000 fee for deep cleaning and odor abatement. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee per pet.
