The minimum guest age is 22 (children must be accompanied by parents). Quiet hours are between 9pm and 9am, and there is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Guests agree to pay not less than $1,000 for odor abatement if they smoke in the apartment, hallways, common areas, or if cigarette butts are left on the grounds. If found to exceed the maximum occupancy that you stated on your reservation form, you will be charged a minimum of $1,000 and it will be considered a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction without refund.
