The minimum guest age is 18, and children must be accompanied by parents. Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is before 11:00 am. Self check-in is available with instructions provided after the guest accommodations agreement is signed and online check-in is completed. Early check-in and late check-outs are not guaranteed. Starter toiletries and household supplies are provided for approximately the first seven days of the stay; guests staying longer are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need. There is a $200 fee for noise disruptions, with possible removal from the property. Guests are liable for damages inside the apartment, and excessive cleaning needs will result in additional fees. Damages to the property, decor, or furnishings will be charged at cost, plus a $20.00 service charge. Unapproved/unregistered guests or pets will incur a $200 fine and an additional $50 pet cleaning fee per pet. The entire property and unit are non-smoking, including all decks, porches, and steps.
