It’s nice i love it but i don’t like the new flooring in the rooms i miss the carpets. Management is okay sometimes they are bad at communicating things or they do communicate it but very last minute.

I recently moved into this apartment community, and my experience so far has been wonderful. The leasing staff made the move-in process easy and stress-free, and everyone has been welcoming and professional. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and ready on move-in day. I love how quiet and peaceful the community feels, and the amenities and grounds are beautiful. I’m excited to make this my new home and look forward to living here. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely... recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I lived at Arba Apartments in San Marcos and had a generally positive experience. One of my favorite things was the location and convenience for students. The apartment came furnished, and having my own bedroom and bathroom gave me privacy while still allowing me to live with roommates. I also appreciated the amenities, especially the fitness center, pool, study spaces, and shuttle service to campus. The community often felt lively and social, making it easy to meet other students.
There were a... few downsides during my time there. Maintenance requests could sometimes take longer than I expected, and communication from management was occasionally inconsistent. The bedrooms were somewhat smaller than I would have preferred, but they were still functional and comfortable. Overall, I found Arba to be a solid student housing option that provided good amenities and a convenient location. I would recommend it to students looking for an apartment community close to Texas State University

Elevator is broken frequently, halls are messy, people at the pool are always loud and drunk late at night. Good maintenance team though, and the apartments themselves are okay

I’ve had a good experience living here overall. The community is generally quiet, and the location is very convenient with stores and restaurants nearby. The apartment itself is well-maintained and the layout works well for my needs. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff in the office are friendly and helpful when I have questions.
