We moved here 5 weeks ago I waited to write a review to be sure the place was as wonderful as we hoped. Believe me it is I was a manager for 15 years at a rv resort in Yuma az. The manager here Dan is exceptional he goes out of his way to do all he promises during the interview, Tony the maintenance man goes above and beyond. Every person we have met have shared wonderful stories with us of living here. We are pleased with our choice hard to give up your home for apartment living we made a good… choice. Maybe see you at the pool sometime.

A wonderful place to call home!

We had many concerns about moving from our house into an apartment, but they were all unfounded. We've had only good experiences since living at Wellington. The apartment was top notch when we moved in, freshly painted and sparkling clean. The walls are solid, so it's always quiet and peaceful. No noise from outside drifting in and no neighbors stomping around upstairs. We love the neighborhood-like layout, enjoy watching nature unfold from our windows, and having friendly neighbors. The trails… are perfect for strolling and the fitness center has everything we need. The only time we put in a request, maintenance was in and out in less than an hour. The staff (Dan and Antonio) are always kind & friendly in a professional way, and offer many community events throughout the week. We couldn't be happier.
