worst complex

This place has been a health hazard and a joke since it opened. rotating staff that lies and treats residents like trash, maintinence always quits and never does their job. repair crew hired broke and stole from so many people. we were charged for things that weren't in service or wasn't our fault. they lose leases.

Description not accurate

You see those amenities they are not true.

Package Service- umm no.
Laundry Facilities- this one I can't say I've never used
Maintenance on site- no they never fix anything and we go months without one at all.
Property Manager on Site- I have had too many to count, doors locked, notes about how they only work 9-3 if at all, different email address, no one answering phone
Business Center- you have to get in the building first and so no
Clubhouse- no
Storage Space- there is storage space but… it's in your lease you can't use it lol
Fitness Center- no
Pool- there is a pool..it has no water and hasn't been open for at least two years
Playground- I've seen one like at at neighborhood garage sale, cheap, not maintained
Sundeck- um no
Courtyard- we have a grassy area as long as it doesn't rain then we have a pond
Grill--- ha ha no
Picnic Area- we have two benches. 156 units 2 benches. Line up

Awesome office staff

I have been here for about 5 years and Ms. Valencia in the office has been nothing short of amazing. When there are repair request she expedites services so that we don't have to suffer with repair lag time. Also I had a recent issue with my carpet and she was able to help me above and beyond my expectations! This area is very secluded so its very safe and pretty private back here. Just wanted to give my input of the office staff and all they do to help the residents even during a pandemic.

Be warned!

This apartment deserves 3 stars, it's not the best place but it's not the worst. I've had several upsetting things happen here, such as my car being urinated on, my water bill being near 500 dollars, and my tires slashed. On the plus side, this place is cheap. There is a really good property manager named Cara. She legitimately seems to care about the residents here. Neighbors keep an eye out for eachother, So you always feel pretty safe. The property is clean, and maintenance is pretty good… about getting to you in a timely matter. I would recommend this complex to people, but I'd warn them to keep an eye out for their water bill and other little things that the complex feels they should be charged for.
