I hope actually living there isn't as absolutely terrible as their leasing staff. For over two weeks my SO and I tried to tour this property before leaving town. Each time we called we were given a different excuse as to why we couldn't come. We finally got a time to tour schedule, and when we showed up, we were told that they couldn't give us a tour because the weather was getting "rough." There wasn't so much as a sprinkle. Things started looking up when I called to ask some questions and... Alyssa helped me. However, a few days later I was attempting to ask some questions about my application, called three times, left messages, never got called back.

Management isn’t helpful
I tried communicating with the office & what they basically told me was to figure it out on my own. There is ZERO communication & when i asked for help to resolve the issue management just chuckled and said they can’t do anything.
