Best place to live in San Marvelous!
This is the perfect place to live if you are a full-time student at Texas State. 1) It is conveniently placed on the shortest Bobcat Tram route, which cycles through every 10-15mins, which means you get to/from campus in less time. 2) Rent is way lower here than at other places, I have paid almost double the rent for half the space. 3)The complex is small enough that the management team will know your name, and will respond quickly to emergencies and small repair needs. 4) You are right off I-35... , so getting on your way to work, travel, and shopping, takes no time. If you live in the heart of San Marcos, you are looking at a 5-10min drive just to get to the highway.
Had I known about this place sooner, I would have been here since I moved out of the dorms. I love this place.
