I had the pleasure of living at Stone Brook Seniors, and my experience was wonderful, from the moment I moved in to the day I moved out. The community itself is beautifully maintained, with spacious, well-kept units, landscaping, conveniently located, affordable. and plenty of amenities and activities to enjoy. I always felt safe and at home here.
The leasing staff were professional, friendly, and always available to answer any questions I had. They made the entire leasing process easy and... stress-free, and were incredibly responsive whenever I needed anything. Whether it was a maintenance request or just a general inquiry, they handled it promptly and with a smile.
I highly recommend Stone Brook Seniors in San Marcos to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place to live.

Worst place to live
This was the worst place I have ever lived. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night many times in 14 months of living there. And it takes 30 minutes to turn off.

Stone Brook is my home
The staff are professional and kind, the neighbors are as nice as you could expect, these make this an ideal community. I just renewed my lease for another year, going on 6 years living here now. Looking forward to another at Stone Brook

Highly Recommended!
I can't say enough great things about Stone Brook and the management team. Nadia and Karen are amazing! My parents have been residents there for two years and I feel at ease knowing they are in a safe community. The living space is huge and the rent is extremely affordable. No issues with roaches, pests, etc... I highly recommend this property!
