The apartment isn't bad, but it also isn't stellar by any means. Maintenance is okay for the most part. The lack of bathroom storage quickly becomes annoying, though. It's a high price point for mid-quality living.

My experience is fine, i’ve been living here for 3 years now. I just hate the recent change in price for utilities. Also maintenance is pretty slow. I also wish there were more days where they do stuff for residents. We didn’t get one for the first day back.

Everything is great except for some maintenance issues. Water and plumbing were not working or had issues since move in- however they were fixed recently.
