Almost entirely new apartment just a few things needing replacing, such as my washer , dishwasher and the bedroom fan. Other than that, everything has been good.

Really cool place to live between the lower end of rent amount and the amenities, with the location being right at the bus stops to campus makes travelling between school and work nice.

Has its pros and cons. I think the rooms are decently sized and I haven’t had any trouble with appliances failing on me. The restrooms are not the best in condition and lack storage. Front desk workers are super nice and friendly. Pool is decent. The area is nice and kept up with nice.
