Take into consideration that Sherman Park Village is a BRAND NEW community, and they are handling the issues associated with any brand new development - and you will be surprised at the dedication and support level they are giving new residents to help everyone acclimate.
Maintenance has been to our new place 3 times (almost immediately - within a day of request) to "tighten this, fix that, or correct a little glitch".
Staff jump through hoops over requests, and we're getting settled in... .
Apartments are in an awesome location, especially if you have pets! (With Fairview Park right across the street!)
Looking for a new residence? I completely recommend Sherman Park Village.

Great Apartment so far as well as move in process. Amenities galore and staff is super friendly and helpful. The complex is close to everything you need which makes it super convenient as well.

Very quite. The townhome is awesome. Very comfortable and spacious. My only concern is the water, is slimy. This is very uncomfortable because I feel my skin sticky. I can't use the water for cook.
