I was charged for pet damage to the carpet. $236 + $150 deposit. I’ve never owned a pet in my life. I guess that means the whole time I lived there, my carpet had pet pee and had not been cleaned. I tried contacting Michelle at corporate, but she has never replied to my emails or returned a call. Looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one charged for pet damage without a pet.

Two years later, I’m about to move again and still trying to dispute this because corporate never... responded.

The management (Kashmir) takes advantage of first time renters. When I moved out I took pictures of my apartment and the shape it was in. They told me I had to pay $350 of my deposit because all the blinds were chewed.. that was a lie I have pictures of the apartment when I moved out. My dog is a service dog and emotional support pet. She doesn’t chew anything up she’s well-trained and they knew that. But because she’s a dog they thought they could say she did this this and that. The staff here is amazing, they really care about the residents. It’s a gorgeous place to live, and the single bedroom apartment I live in is the perfect size for a couple starting off. Just like any apartment complex though there are residents who only care about themselves (specific ones) so watch out for those- but they are everywhere. Amazing prices as well.
Couldn’t recommend more.

Bridges is a great place to live. New owners & staff keep the area clean & well-maintained. Office staff is always friendly.

I’ve been there a year now & plan to stay one more.
