Occupancy is limited to 4 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $200, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key.
