For added comfort, a twin daybed is available in the 3rd-floor loft and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, complete with all necessary sleeping amenities. Enjoy indoor and outdoor seating areas on the 2nd floor, complemented by a stunning valley view.
Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day and pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. If you rent multiple units, an additional fee will be added to the other units should the pet(s) enter them as well.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable for use. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the grill. For safety reasons, lighting candles is not allowed inside the property. There are cameras throughout the complex for your safety, and fines will be imposed if tampered with. Please maintain cleanliness and courtesy towards fellow facility users as there are shared spaces onsite. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind.
