The three bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, offer ultimate privacy. For added comfort, a queen-size sleeper sofa is available in the living room. The 3rd floor offers indoor and outdoor seating areas with stunning valley views.
The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub is available upon request. Two pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. Units 6 and 7 each have one covered parking spot, while all other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis.

The pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable during quiet hours. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations.
