Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. All other parking operates on a first-come, first-served basis. The pool can be heated with a $100 fee per day, and pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. The pool and hot tub should be used at your own risk, as there is no lifeguard on duty. For safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged for violations.
