The three bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer ultimate privacy. For added comfort, a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping flexibility. The 3rd floor offers seamless indoor and outdoor seating areas with stunning valley views.
Villa 6 offers one covered parking spot, with additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and an associated fee. Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and the hot tub is available for use with prior arrangement.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine for violations. Please ensure all fires are extinguished after use and bring your own firewood for the firepit. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox. The property is equipped with cameras for safety, and tampering with them will result in fines.
