Villa 4 features a well-equipped space with a roomy kitchen and dining area, complete with a gas-burning fireplace, microwave, full refrigerator, stovetop, and dishwasher. Both bedrooms offer king-size beds with ensuite bathrooms for ultimate privacy. Additional sleeping options include two twin beds in the 2nd-floor office space and a twin daybed in the 3rd-floor loft. The 3rd floor also offers indoor and outdoor seating areas with an outdoor wood-burning fireplace and stunning valley views.
Units 1-4 each come with a garage parking spot and a plug compatible with an EV charger. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and an associated fee. The pool can be heated for a $100 fee per day, and pets are allowed with prior approval and a $100 fee per pet per stay. Additional fees apply if pets enter multiple units.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises, and fees may apply for violations. Unauthorized events or parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, during which the pool, grill, and firepit are unavailable. Igniting a fire during a burn ban will incur a $500 fine and the cost of any damages. Please bring your own firewood for the firepit and wood pellets for the grill. There are cameras throughout the complex, and tampering with them will result in fines. A $50 replacement fee applies for any keys not returned to the lockbox.
