Cathleen’s goal is not only to give her clients superior service but to also keep them as future clients and earn a friendship in the process. She has personally been through the home buying and selling process multiple times, she can seamlessly guide you through the real estate process. Her clientele is comprised of first-time home buyers, move-up buyers and sellers, downsizing buyers and sellers, and investors. With an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Cathleen loves to learn. No area is a restriction for her. She will investigate the area before advising her clients to invest on it. Her background on medical trials has allowed her to polish her skills in researching, listening, problem solving, and diligence – all of which give her clients a decided advantage. Born in Mexico, her father from Detroit Michigan, Mother from Mexico City, Cathleen is the youngest of ten; five boys and five girls. Her family dynamic gives her the automatic desire to treat you as family, she loves the many diverse cultures the USA adopts. Her favorite thing to do is cook international cuisine for her husband and twins. She enjoys traveling by car through the United States and Mexico; that is what happens when you marry a Scout by heart. Travel with her family to other countries such as Canada, Spain, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, and others. Her dream is to visit family in Scotland. Cathleen’s favorite animal is the Koala and visiting Australia to pet one is on her bucket list.
