Spring Park

These apartments are pretty solid my favorite thing about this place is the atmosphere, is so peaceful anytime of the day. I live in a two bedroom, and it’s a pretty nice fit, room is very is very spacious.

If I could a zero star, I definitely would. This apartment is literally the worst of the worst. They have roach infestation issue that they refuse to fix. They have a security issue, peoples cars being broken in and tires being stolen everyday. These people do not care about people all they care about is making money. If something does not profit they they do not take it seriously. If they have to spend money to fix an issue just know it will definitely not get fixed. The office staff are wonderful; going WELL above and beyond to assist and create a welcoming atmosphere, maintenance as well. We moved from a newly built 2 br house. I thought I was going to handle it badly, but I must say I Love It Here! Beautiful apartment. Lovely grounds. Warm, friendly neighbors. Did I mention the apartment is beautiful? Do not recommend. Mailboxes are getting repeatedly broken into. In my 2 month here, they have been broken into 3x. This last time was after the office finally repaired the master lock, (that had mailboxes open for a month prior, from the initial tampering and break-in.) This area has a security code before tenants can access their mailboxes, and there is a security camera, (which I can only suspect doesn’t work, since the office says they do not see anyone breaking into the mailboxes.) After a... check was stolen and cashed from my mailbox, I had to rent a PO Box from my local post office. Glad I did, since even their replacement master lock hasn’t deterred the thief.
Another issue is the trash- while each tenant pays a monthly trash fee, the complex only has 2 trash containers that are disgusting and full most of the time. I’ve lived in less expensive and more secure apartments; this isn’t one I will be renewing, after my 1st year is up. Very disappointing. Read More

The staff in the office are amazing, friendly and helpful ladies! The complex is a smaller community and right off 45! Neighbors are friendly and I love having the pool and gym!
