Parking and maintenance
Reserved parking is a joke- half of the reserved spots are never used. I always end up having to park super far from my apartment which is super helpful when bringing in groceries!the office is terrible with communication, when having the buildings pressure washed this spring no communication was sent out that my building would be washed and the guy pressure washing ruined my plants- including a lavender plant I got on my honeymoon! I double and triple checked for any communication and there was… none! You have to pay for valet trash service but half the time they don’t pick up my trash because I’m in the back of the complex! I love the floor plan but that’s it.
