Multitude of issues
Sloppily and cheaply built units, roaches, poor insulation and AC system year-round, unhelpful management, and it took over a year after moving out to receive my security deposit refund. They try to appear like luxury housing with their brand image and "amenities", but even the most basic things are in disrepair.
