Poor!!!
I have lived here for 3 years now, and would have moved after my last lease if I could’ve! The complex is infested with roaches and fleas! we can’t get them to go away, and when pest control comes every month, it doesn’t help! Every time maintenance comes to fix something (at least once a month) they tell me that the wood in my cabinets is rotting, but they don’t fix it. There is a high level of drug use at this complex, and there have been multiple drug busts while my husband and I have lived... here! I can’t go outside my apartment without smelling some kind of drug! Also, water is constantly being shut off for ‘emergency maintenance issues’ that might take a couple of minutes or several hours. But it feels like it is at least once a week.
The office staff is friendly nice, and try to make you happy. But that is the only good point about this complex.

We are so sorry for your experience at College View Apartments. Please come by the office to speak with our manager Taylehr to see if there is anything we can do for you to resolve this. She is here Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, but we... will be closed on Monday December 25th and January 1st for the holidays. Again, please contact us if there is anything we can do to resolve this for you and make sure the remainder of your residency is a good one.
