Best Apartment

Management in the community had communication that was always amazing. The community was always clean and pest free.

Parking was never an overwhelming issue.

Amenity hours and rules are clearly defined.

Maintenance was normally very quick and efficient with work orders. If they come for one issue, they will often see different small issues and ask if they can assist with them too.

Location is great.

Great Property

The Fairmont is a wonderful place to live. The amenities are first rate they have a beautiful pool, gym area, and a meeting area which is nicely appointed. The apartments are very nice and include things like a dishwasher, Washer and dryer, and a full bath. The maintenance staff are excellent and respond almost immediately to any issues you may have. Parking is very easy and they also have a garage that you can rent. It is also pet friendly

Wonderful Quiet neighborhood

Tracy was wonderful during our visit. We were visiting from Alaska and are looking for a safe place to live when we move to Houston this fall. We fell in LOVE with this complex! It's very quiet, safe and tucked away. Tracy was so helpful and accommodating to all of our questions we had about the property and the area since we don't know too much. The apartments were BEAUTIFUL. What I love is that Tracy told us management does not change out or turn over like all the other apartment complexes… have that we visited. Management has been the same since they opened which is a huge plus. What you see is what you get!

Smooth Process

From the moment I called to set up a tour to the application process, it was nothing less than pleasant. Tracy took the time to listen, and worked with me. I applied the same day. I cannot wait to move in. From what I see, it is going to be great place for a new beginning.
