Disappointing

Well where do I start. First and fore most I have it a two Star is ONLY because the place inside is nice and dealing with Jasmine was smooth when we were leasing the apartment.

But I did have higher expectations coming from this new apartment complex in Sugar Land.

The first two weeks were hell, my boyfriend and I didn’t have hot water and they kept LYING to us that everyone is having the same issue. How do I know they lied? Because all the neighbors during that time said they had hot water… when we asked..come to find out our breaker was loose so thats why we weren’t getting hot water...nice to know the office didn’t care and decided to lie. We finally got that problem fixed

Second, since we moved in...the entire apartment would randomly smell like straight crap. The smell was coming from the laundry closet. When I would wash it would smell, when the neighbors below me washed it smelled and just at random times during the day it smelled. Honestly it was the worse thing to ever experience. There were plenty of times that we left our apartment and went to our families home to sleep because we couldn’t handle it. I threw up three times. Keep in mind ive been here since January 28, 2020. Just last week has been the first time that we haven’t smell anything and it’s March 31st...

Third, rent price here is average. But its honestly a huge slap in the face for those that come here and are paying $700 for a two bedroom while I’m paying $1200 for the same thing. I never was told this place was for section 8 people. They said it wasn’t but a good chunk of people are paying less than what was originally said while they were building and while we signed our lease.

Fourth, the place went from being nice and quite to ghetto. There’s cops here every week because people don’t know how to act right. Just this morning two cops showed up for a domestics fight... I didn’t expect these apartments to turn ghetto and making me feel like I’m in the hood.

Over all if you’re really trying to look into some nice, fair and decent apartments don’t even bother looking at these apartments.
