Bugs!!!!!

My townhouse wasn't livable. It was INFESTED with Asian beetles (which are harmful to dogs) I gave them more than 6 months to fix it. I even got the property management company in on it. I was told bug control is impossible when you live right next to the woods. Well if the unit is properly insulated the bugs shouldn't be able to just dump in. They ended up letting me put if my lease but are saying I owe them 500 dollars for damages to the unit (I never stayed in)and the fitness card I lost. If… I had known the fitness card was over $200 I would have never even taken it when I signed my lease. If you are cool with living with bugs and don't ever lose anything then this place is perfect. I however wish that I never moved in. It was basically an extra expensive storage unit and I ended up giving away my couch and chairs because of all the bugs...I felt like my furniture was tainted.

Excellent Property

I've lived at Heather Lane almost 4 years now, and really enjoy staying here. It's kept clean, mowed, and is peaceful. The maintenance staff is always out to help us when we have a request within a reasonable time, and the office staff has always been friendly and helpful as well. They have pickups for all the schools, and are close to the exploding area between 20 and 80 with SO much new stuff coming up, right down the street!

Definitely recommend.

my home

I love the apartment's here the staff here is very nice anytime you have a problem for the maintenance stuff the maintenance crews always fix it fairly fast I have been lived here 3 years never had any problems really good community all the neighbors are nice and friendly very good place to have and raise a family
