I’ve had a very positive experience living in this apartment community. The property is consistently clean, well maintained, and peaceful, which makes it a comfortable place to come home to. The management team is professional, approachable, and truly cares about residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently, which I really appreciate. The location is convenient, the community feels safe, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The amenities are great. Having the nature preserve close by is awesome. The only negative I have is with management not completing maintenance. We were sent emails and letters recently that they were restripping the parking lots and to move our vehicles by a certain time or they would tow them at our expense. Not only was it tactless, they did not complete the work.. Trust me, if management ever tows my car and tells me it’s at my expense, the only expense I’m going to be making is with my... attorney. Other than that , it has been nice living here minus the occasional scorpion that finds its way into my apartment.
