Leasing Agent Penny is rude!!
I had a guided tour confirmed for 1:00 PM and arrived a couple of minutes early. When I arrived, the office was closed with no communication or notice. After following up, I was told that tours are handled on a “whoever walks in first” basis and that appointment times are not necessarily honored.
During the phone conversation, the leasing agent Penny, was dismissive and did not seem concerned about the inconvenience or confusion caused, even after I explained that my appointment had been... confirmed and that I arrived on time.
This policy was never communicated in advance and defeats the purpose of scheduling a tour. Due to the lack of organization, accountability, and professionalism, I’ve decided not to move forward, as I wouldn’t feel comfortable with management that handles situations this way.
