Bean, a legendary Llano County fishing guide & outdoorsman. Some of our long-term guests keep the units for their families to access, & some make it a getaway when time allows. When there’s water close to the launch, you have full access to drop your boat/kayak/jet ski & enjoy your covered boat slip, or fish off the dock to catch some of the many varieties our beautiful getaway offers. You will have opportunities to take photos of wildlife & beautiful scenery as you walk the many trails surrounding the property. Cottonwood Cove is the last resort on the way to the very popular Fall Creek Vineyards. We’re also within 20-30 minutes from restaurants, shopping, & more. **Water levels vary and are currently high. Cabins 4&5 have electric stoves. Utilities are allocated at $50 per month. Open to a 6 month lease. This will be a fixed rate for the duration of the 12-month lease.
