Haverhill Place (Free: Wifi, Cable, & Water)

These apartments are located very close to the University and are super quiet. There are mostly young professionals living in the complex. We love the fact that we only have to pay rent and electricity. The internet provided is great and we had no need to upgrade. The pool and clubhouse are fantastic! We have been very happy at Haverhill!

Haverhill Place is in a auiet, secluded area on Tylers East side. It's close to The University of Texas at Tyler (2 miles) and Tyler Junior College (4 miles) and due to the growth in this area, a wide variety of excellent restaurants, shops and businesses. Because the complex is privately owned, the owner pays close attention to her tenants and makes sure the property is excellently maintained. Laminate flooring with the appearance of hardwood, richly stained cabninets, plush carpets, crown… molding, large windows, recessed lighting and other attention to detail make these apartments a cut above the rest. Walk in closets, a large laundry room and a large storage closet on the back porch allow tenants to have a place for everything. Amenities include a beautiful salt water pool, a state of the art work out room, a sand volleyball court, a fenced dog park, a business office and a clubhouse that can be rented for special occassions. You would think all of this would be extremely expensive but the monthly rent includes electricity, internet, cable, water and trash pick up. The owner also encourages tenants to meet each other by having free gourmet coffee meet and greets in the clubhouse once a month and holiday parties and get togethers. I disagree with the post below (I actually know them and can confirm that they not only harassed neighbors but have since moved out). When you decide to move to an apartment complex you know what to expect. You know that noise is not going to be absent when living in close quarters next to someone else, however, this place has gone above and beyond all other apartment complexes in the area. I have lived in DFW and had my pick of apartment complexes. When I came to Tyler I was disappointed with… the selection because they all seemed sub-par for what you paid for. Haverhill has the same quality you would find in a large city. The amenities are top notch and dare I say CLEAN? Sure you can hear your neighbors, but in my experience it has been minimal to other complexes I have lived in.The staff is exceptional. I love knowing that the owner lives nearby and is involved in the every day tasks here. You get what you pay for, and there is no detail they have left untouched. This place is FANTASTIC! The staff is always quick, efficient & very helpful. The amenities and overall atmosphere are incredible, and the landscaping is always beautiful. It's quiet, relaxing and such a great place to come home to! The noise is always kept to a minimum and my neighbors are very friendly and considerate. There are occasional foot steps, etc. since I live on the bottom floor but compared to other apartments in Tyler it's practically SILENT!
