River Oaks Apartments

Resident here at river oaks. Look, if you want to over pay for an apartment that’s clearly not worth it…. This is your place. It comes with rusted appliances, roach infestation, weird smells emitting from the walls, managers not replying to calls/emails. Honestly this place needs a makeover. From owner to managers.

First, I will preface this review by stating that I’ve lived in many different apartments. The ones that have been good places to live are the ones where the management takes pride in the community and provides excellent safety and security, customer service and communication. Unfortunately, that is not the case at River Oaks. On several occasions, I asked management to address the excessive auto and apartment break-ins I experienced, the marijuana odor that permeated the building and seeped... into my apartment leaving a foul odor in my furniture, clothing and belongings, and general safety concerns concerning individuals who were on the property who made inappropriate statements to me. Management did nothing to address these issues. In addition, the units and grounds are not well-kept. Trash is allowed to accumulate outside doors. When I moved into the apartment, the bathtub and bathroom were disgusting. No matter how hard I tried to remove a black substance from the shower, I could not remove it. Additionally, the appliances and air conditioning function at a minimum. The pool area is not well maintained and horrendous. If you care about your safety and your surroundings, River Oaks is not the best place for you. I do not recommend!

I'm enjoying staying here at the time and it's quiet and convenient for me at the presence.

The neighborhood is amazing, everyone is extremely nice and all staff is super helpful and welcoming. The prices are very great to for how beautiful the apartments are.

I really enjoy residing at River Oak Apartments it's convenient to stores and pretty quiet most of the time
