Do NOT move here
I’ve been living here since August of last year, and my experience has been far from pleasant. The first time I needed basic maintenance, it took nearly two months for anyone to respond. I’ve had recurring issues with the air conditioning—most recently, it has been completely out of service since April 16th. Management installed a window unit as a temporary solution, but it adds to my electricity bill and doesn’t effectively cool the space. Even with two ceiling fans running and the window unit... on, the temperature inside has reached as high as 81°.
On Friday, May 17th, someone briefly came to work on the AC but left after approximately five minutes without giving any update—and even left the AC unit’s cover off. I had to call the office myself for a follow-up and was told they’d be back later that evening, as maintenance was working after hours. No one returned. Instead, I received a phone call around 7:20 PM saying they’d come back Monday, the 19th. I waited the entire day Monday—no one showed up and no communication was given. I waited again all day today (Tuesday, the 20th) with still no word from anyone.
Communication from the front office is consistently poor. They give dates and fail to follow through, and never proactively inform tenants of delays or issues. For the price being charged, the lack of service and disregard for tenant needs is unacceptable. This property clearly does not prioritize resident care or comfort. I do NOT recommend moving here.
