Great Place to live!
The Apartments are a good size, Management & maintenance are very nice and helpful. Everyone is so sweet it’s like a big family!!
They keep the place very clean. Lots of closet space too!! It’s a great place to live, and a lot more affordable than most places. I lived here for 2 years and no complaints.

Kid friendly
We moved in a few months ago. Everything has been great. Nice spacious apartment, playground for the kids and a nice clean pool to cool off in. The managent and maintenance are on site so they here when you need them. Happy I made the decision to move to American Village.

Good decision
just moved in 6 months ago and don’t regret my decision as we have 2 kids and we feel safe here. Pool is clean and they even have pool parties on some of the holidays. The manager is straight forward if you pay your rent. The front desk person is always in and friendly. also, I see things getting fixed up all around the place. Maintenance comes by when you call.

Nice and affordable
I was hesitant about living here, i heard mixed reviews. But i am glad i didn't listen to all of the rumors. I have been here almost a year, and have no regrets. Its very quiet, neighbors are friendly, the place is well kept. My kids love it here too. The employees are very nice and helpful. Its nice to have a nice spacious place to call home that is affordable!!
