Amazing Move-In Experience & Beautiful Community

Just moved into Enclave at Medina and so far the experience has been great! The property is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and made the move-in process smooth and stress free. I really love the atmosphere of the community and the apartment itself feels modern and comfortable. Excited to call this place home and definitely recommend checking it out!

Quiet neighborhood for the most part! Sometimes at night you’ll hear dogs barking and sometimes dogs on the loose. As with anywhere you go, one must be vigilant.

Enclave at Madina has beautiful, modern homes with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and fenced yards with landscaping included. However, rent is high, the $75 community fee feels wasted on poor landscaping and delayed home security access, and construction quality shows issues like cracking walls and odd-sized doors. The neighborhood can be noisy and crowded with parked cars, though interiors remain stunning. Overall, it’s a mix of elegance and frustration.
