Enclave at Medina

Quiet neighborhood for the most part! Sometimes at night you’ll hear dogs barking and sometimes dogs on the loose. As with anywhere you go, one must be vigilant.

Everything is great here. The people are nice, the lawns always look good. Seems to be tight community where everyone always watches out for each other.

Staff is friendly and very understanding. The environment has been outstanding within the last two years that I’ve been a resident. The maintenance staff is very quick and professional

Enclave at Madina has beautiful, modern homes with granite countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and fenced yards with landscaping included. However, rent is high, the $75 community fee feels wasted on poor landscaping and delayed home security access, and construction quality shows issues like cracking walls and odd-sized doors. The neighborhood can be noisy and crowded with parked cars, though interiors remain stunning. Overall, it’s a mix of elegance and frustration.

Very nice and quiet community. The whole time we've been here, we have not had any issues of an kind. Management has been very helpful and understanding with any matter.
