    Nice apartments, management has no clue what they are doing

    This was one of the last places we could find in Waco, and the entire move in process was confusing, my apartment was dirty, the toilet didn't work, I had grass of some sort growing in my disposal, and on top of that, the front office wasn't even there the day I was supposed to move in so I wasn't actually able to get anything done or make my first payment. I continued to have issues the first several weeks with items that did not work and continually confused about the parking, and ended up… with my vehicle towed and they did nothing about it. My advice, stay away from this complex. They have no idea what they are doing.
