Roaches, vandalism, creepy tuckers, fields of dog poop and angry unleashed large dogs
I’ve lived here for years and holly has been the absolute worst manager and Management has changed several times over the past several months not only that but they have changed how to pay rent several times over the past couple months. The trash is expensive mandatory valet and rarely comes forcing you to still have to throw it yourself. No one ever picks up their dogs poop and there’s always roaches coming in through bathroom piping. The gate never works allowing solicitors to allows come in... knocking at your door at all times of day and night. There has been several vandalism events with graffiti all over garage doors and broken glass all over the street. There’s always strange truckers parked right in front of the apartments like it’s a trucker stop, God only knows what’s going on. And there’s tons of large aggressive breeds (pit bulls, husky, and German shepherds) off the leash wondering the grounds, it’s scary for my kids and myself never knowing if a dog is going to bite. They only have two maintenance men who are great but don’t make up for the extremely poor management of the property. Don’t live here if you have kids or don’t want an overpriced apartment that’s daily going to hell.

Very Pleased
Moving out was a pleasant experience. Assistant manager Miranda was extremely helpful, polite and very Professional. Very knowledgeable about apartment complex policies.

Not a Good Experience....
While the apartment itself was nice and some of the maintenance staff were great when they finally came around (weeks, even over a month later at times...), the office staff was horrible to deal with, they had issues with with processing rent and lost files submitted to them multiple times, then threatened to fine me for their mistakes. In addition to that they charged tons of fees upon move out without giving clear instructions on what was expected or doing a walkthrough with the tenants. As... cute as the apartments are, I would not recommend living here if you have any other options in the area.
