Park Place Waco Apartments

Park Place has been a wonderful place for my student to call home while attending Baylor. The location is unbeatable!! Being within walking distance to campus makes day-to-day life so much easier for students.

What really stands out is the sense of community and the amenities that give students great places to relax, study, and connect with friends. From the fitness center to the study spaces and common areas, there are plenty of options that support both academic success and a fun college... experience.

The property is currently going through some exciting renovations, and while construction can sometimes be inconvenient, it’s clear the management team is committed to making meaningful improvements. The staff has been responsive, supportive, and focused on creating the best possible environment for residents.

I have lived at Park Place for a while and I really like it; they are super close to campus and have great amenities. Every time something has been broken in my apartment, it has been fixed within the week. I also really like how many events they have planned, we get a lot of free food, and they have prizes you can win a lot too.
They are currently under renovation and so some of the things can't be used right now, but the pictures that show what it's supposed to look like after they're done... are really cool.
One thing that would make the star rating go up is better communication, I feel like a lot of people hate how blindsided they feel when changes are made, so better, more consistent communication would be nice. Read More

This community is nice. It has all the amenities that you can ask for.Mid rise style living 24 hour gym, lounge, study rooms, theater, pool, golf simulator, activity courtyard and a zen courtyard. These amazing amenities coupled with resident engagement makes this community stand out.

This place is perfect for Baylor students. As I'm approaching my senior year, I have loved living here the past two years and look forward to spending my last one here. Lots of cool amenities, helpful staff, and a ton of cool events. Management really tries to build a community here, which I feel not a lot of other apartment complexes do. As a 2 year resident moving to my 3rd, I could not recommend living here enough!

You are a number. That's it. There is no customer service. It is clear that they don't need you as a customer, there are plenty of other students who will rent if you don't. They are not motivated to keep their customers.
