The resident experience is really nice. The apartments are well organized and the clubhouse is a fun place to visit. There are no BBQ pits nearby, but there are some around TSTC

Its handy having the campus police patrolling the campus. I don't like how there will be random maintenance people in our apartment without letting us know in advance.

This place has its moments, but it’s an overall nice community to live in. The neighbors are decent, the maintenance and staff are absolutely EXCEPTIONAL!

Awesome! Made the move in process super quick and easy. Everything was clean and well maintained. Absolutely love this apartment! Spotless, stylish, quiet, and perfectly located.—feels like a five-star stay. Highly rated!!!

Starting out in the dorms was chaotic but exciting: new faces, tiny rooms, late nights, and a real college feel. After the first rush, it’s been smooth sailing and feels like home already
