It's not a terrible environment. they do typically answer emails and maintenance. requests faily quickly. the only issue I really have is with them shutting the water off frequently.

Very good experience good maintenance and awesome community events!I actually enjoy the proximity of every one and the people here are nice. If the area is messy the ra do a good job of cleaning up.

Parking spaces are small, garbage truck comes very early in the morning and is very disturbing, however there are many good things. Comfort, nice management, care, etc.

Easy commute to classes and affordable living! I’ve found living on campus to be more comfortable than living off campus. I get to sleep in late and meet more students from different programs.
