Huntington Apartments

Huntington apartments furnishes washer and dryer, maintenance men are fast service, the apt. manager is amazing and listens to resident's concerns. We can rent the club house (which is beautiful) for just $25 and a $200 deposit which is promptly refunded when we leave it clean. The patio is enclosed, the utilities are lower than our last apt due to the well insulated apt., the unit is enclosed air circulation from the adjoining units, the heat and a/c is very efficient. They allow pets and... there is a dog park on the premises. It has covered parking and adequate parking for visitors. The location is close to necessary businesses including groceries, public library, city offices, medical center and they have night city police drive through the complex after dark. When we moved into this apt it had furnished washer and dryer, water sprinklers in case of fire is throughout the apt, the utilities reduced in cost, it is newer in construction, the windows are vinyl and have a great insulating function. The manager is on duty in the office when he/she is supposed to be and they respond immediately if we have a concern. Quite, on Main Street, close to shopping but, tucked away enough. Nice amenities.

Set on the hill of Bountiful with an extraordinary view of the mountains, these luxurious apartments offer everything you could need. A few blocks away from the freeway and a 15 minute commute to the Salt Lake City International Airport and a 20 minute commute to Historical Salt Lake City with Temple Square and the Capital Building and amazing museums with outdoor shopping centers. Here you have the perfect amount of privacy mixed with the perfect amount of city life. Within walking distance... there is a grocery store with the best deals in town, a shopping plaza consisting of the only last standing locally operated and owned video rental store, a state renowned bakery and plenty of shops to browse on a Saturday afternoon. The second bedroom is decent sized and would easily fit a queen bed with a desk and a large closet with built in storage. The master suite offers a walk in closet big enough to be a room on its own with a his and a hers side also equipped with built in storage. A private bathroom is the same as the second bathroom except it has about three more feet added for extra room to move around in your busy mornings. Plenty of natural light this apartment does not require a lot of maintenance however the maintenance crew is responsive, quick and know what they're doing and always willing to help. The community has a workout room offering state of the art equipment and a clubhouse available for rent with a BBQ Grill available for resident use.
