Outdated. Dirty. Too much for what you get. They only have one dumpster for over 20 apartment units so garbage is always overflowing. There’s only one parking space for each apartment unit and not enough extra parking for extra cars or guests. They have a tow truck come by often to tow cars that are not in parking spots knowing that there is not enough parking. Single pane windows so you can hear everything outside. All the heat or AC in the house escapes through cracks around windows or from... the thin doors. Spider nests in bushes out front. This is a very nice 3 story apartment. Nobody above you or below you. The neighborhood is great. Everybody is friendly and it's quiet. They keep the grounds clean and looking nice. The staff and maintenance is great. They are always there in a timely manner to fix any requests. This is an amazing place to live especially for the price! I love it here!
