City Centre Apartments

These apartments are way overpriced for what you get. I had a 6 months lease and during that time the rooftop lounge, BBQ pit and fire pit were off limits or inoperable. It takes them for ever to get things up and running. The swimming pool is located next to a dog poop area and the trash is not emptied on the weekend so the poop smell is overwhelming. The building itself is not very sound proof, so you can always here your neighbors or they hear you. Most residents I have talked to move... out as soon as their lease is up. Also know they require a 60 day vacate notice, even if the lease is up. Their late fee charge is ridiculously high at $150. They throw other fees in to the rent such as parking and internet which are fairly high too. I have been out of my apartment for over a month and the staff is not able to rent out my apartment so I have to pay for something that I am not even using. The staff doesn't try very hard to accommodate it's tenants. Also, they decided to build right next to train tracks and the trains go by all night long. Find somewhere better to live. There are much better places for way cheaper. I did like the washer and dryer though.
