Wilshire Place

I've been a resident for 11 years. The staff and maintenance team make living at Wilshire a great experience. I appreciate their attention to my needs when I have any. Additionally, they do an excellent job taking care of the exterior property itself. I don't often have a maintenance issue, but whenever I have had one, large or small, they have been prompt and thorough. I notified them at 9:30 pm about a microwave issue, and by 9:30 the following morning the work was done, with a proper… notification of what was needed. From start to finish a few months ago the office team was as so kind, focused and helpful with the entire application process. This community is beautiful and quiet and we enjoy the energy here. Not to mention the ENTIRE office team still remembers me by name and when we pass by they are always friendly and say hello! We have had very few issues needing maintenance but the items we did the office answers the call and gets the team out quickly to help us out. My family and I have grown up in this community. We have lived here for 12 years, going on 13. It's safe and quiet. There are so many beautiful amenities and it's a wonderful property. The office personnel are attentive and kind. Alix and Alisha are wonderful and caring. Work orders (if ever needed) are quick and timely. Highly recommend for your new home. Our townhouse is perfect and we have experience in this community.

I would not recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. While the location is convenient, the overall management and maintenance standards fall well below expectations.

Maintenance requests are either delayed significantly or left unresolved altogether. When repairs are completed, the workmanship is often subpar, leading to recurring issues. Communication from the management office is inconsistent, and responses to emails or calls are frequently slow or unhelpful.

Additionally,… cleanliness in common areas is not maintained at an acceptable standard. Hallways and shared facilities are often dirty, and basic upkeep appears to be neglected. Noise levels are also a concern, as sound insulation between units is poor.

Given the rental rates being charged, tenants should reasonably expect better service, responsiveness, and overall living conditions. Unfortunately, this property does not meet those expectations.
